Brief Answer:
need some details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand your concerns.

You have symptoms like talking to self, dizziness, twitching, lightheadedness.
Also, you feel inability to do work and have negative thoughts mostly.

I think you are developing depression.
But, i need some more details for a better conclusion:
1. Since how long you have these symptoms? Any stress?
2. How has your mood been off late?
3. Do you have any other medical illness like hypertension, diabetes?
4. Do you feel helpless, hopeless?
5. Do you have any unknown fears in your mind?
6. Hows your appetite?
7. Are you currently taking any drugs?

Your problem is treatable but appropriate diagnosis is necessary.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

Hi doc, I don't feel like harming myself or others. I am some what happy. There is a bit of stress in my life. I sometimes over think thing sometimes. No I am not taking any drags. No Diabetes. I had a blood test 3 weeks ago all clear. Yes I have had a few unknown fears. My appetite is good. I have had these symptoms for about three weeks to month. When I watch TV my mind seems to focus on that. But when I am doing something like jobs around the house I lose focus in what I am doing and having negative thoughts

Brief Answer:
probably mild depression.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Sorry for the late reply.

Thanks for the details.

Considering all your details, I think you are probably having mild anxiety-depression syndrome.

This may due to stress.

At this point of time, I donot feel you need antidepressant drug treatment.

But psychological treatments like behavioral activation and progressive muscle relaxation therapy should help.

Other than that,
You can practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
Take adequate fluids.
Practice sleep hygiene habits like avoiding daytime naps, not taking heavy bedtime meals, avoiding tea and coffee in evening, taking warm water bath and warm milk in night before bed.

If the problem of sleeplessness still persist, benadryl tablets can help taken as per need.

Kindly consult a psychologist and discuss about the therapy.
Any drugs are to be under doctor's supervision.

Hope this helps.
I wish you well.
Thanks.
