Brief Answer:
Get yourself examined, preferably by the dentist or at an ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. From your history, you need to get examined. The swelling on the tongue may have been a reaction to the injection or an injury, since it occurred immediately. Did you check if this was at the injection site?

2. The bump on the throat is probably an infection or a lymph node. It is not clear if you are talking about the inside of the throat or on the neck outside. The dentist should re-examine as there is a possibility of infection being trapped below the new filling. A dental X-ray is recommended.

3. You need a painkiller so that you swallow, eat and drink fluids. A change of antibiotics is required to cover a wider range of bacteria.

4. The intense sweating is usually due to the pain, infection, low blood sugars or dehydration.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
