Brief Answer:
May be suffering from perichondritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that most probably you may be suffering from the perichondritis of the ear if you have trauma to the pinna or piercing of cartilagenous portion of the pinna.

In this condition I personally prescribe
1. Injectable proper antibiotics.
2. Mild painkillers.
3. Remove ear rings if you have that portion.

For better diagnosis and management send me the image of your crus of helix.
