Brief Answer: This does not indicate autoimmune disease. Detailed Answer: Hello Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Dadapeer, an ophthalmologist and Iaanswer health problems related to eye. It seems from the history that you were operated for cataract in both the eyes and you are having problems of floaters and puffiness of eye lids. The puffiness of eye lids can be because of symbicort used for asthma and since it us decreasing no need to worry. Floaters are because of vitreous degenerations and they are quiet common as the age increases and need not worry about them. They don't indicate any autoimmune disease and they don't require treatment also. Floaters if associated with flashes of light require evaluation by ophthalmologist and only floaters alone does not require any examination also. Just follow up to look for increase in floaters or association with flashes is sufficient. Hence these symptoms of eye do not indicate any autoimmune disease, hence no need yo worry. Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you. Thank you
