Brief Answer:
Could be Deep vein thrombosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX it could be Deep vein thrombosis. Swelling of the limbs sudden onset suggests thrombosis. You should see your Doctor who can advice you to get a Color Doppler done to confirm the same. You also might require a Chest Xray to see the status of the lungs. When did you have cancer and how was it treated? Do let me know but more importantly see your Doctor for the relevant investigations at the soonest. Take care.
