Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

Your symptoms may be due to compression of nerves in lumbosacral area which supply lower limbs, previous trauma.

Swelling in foot may be due to prolong swelling, kidney problem or thyroid problem.

So I advise you to have xray of lumbosacral in AP and Lateral view, blood urea, serum creatinine, thyroid profile done and send me the report.

Xray of foot in AP and Oblique only if previously trauma to foot occurred otherwise no need.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day by prescription of doctor as this is not over the counter drug.

Elevate limb while sitting and on bed.

Avoid weightlifting.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,
