What Causes Swollen Breasts While On Finasteride And Tamsulosin?

Question: I have been taking Finasteride and Tamsulosin for several years now to treat an enlarged prostate. I have not been able to have sex with my wife for a couple of years now. My PSA last check is good (very low). I stopped taking both medications two days ago because my breasts have swelled. I have tenderness in my right nipple and feel very uncomfortable under my arms. Will this side effect stop and will the swelling retreat? Also will my erection problem solve itself after a while/
