Question: Hi i found something on the side of my penis and was wondering what is it. If its a sti or something not important. I attached a picture

You had not mentioned how long you are having this lesion? What about your sexual activity?
It does not seem to be any STD.
It could be due to inflammation of inner aspect of foreskin. Possibly due to some irritation. Regular washing will sometimes relieve your problem. Abstain from sex.
If it is not cleared consult a Dermato-venereologist.

I had that for id say maybe 2-3 weeks. No sex no masturbation for how long ? And i should wash it how many times a day ? I have a wife so we have un protected sex

Wash with plaine water for 3-4 times per day

Abstain from sex for a week. Wash with water or saline 3-4 times a day. Do not use any soaps to wash your genitals. Plaine water or saline is more than adequate. If there is no improvement consult your physician.
