Question: I have had swelling of my upper lips for the past 2 years, perhaps twice a week, I have been tested for food allergies, I have change lipstick, stopped using any kind of chapstic, and fluoride toothpast help nobody seems to know what is causing this, I was even taken off my high-blood pressure meds for a month but it continued
