Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your followup query. I had seen the picture . I must say that nothing to be worried. Its just an inflammation of pappilla over there. It can be due to burn by eating overheated food or having hot coffee or soup etc. It will be reduced in few weeks time. And regarding gingivitis it can be reduced only by proper maintanence of oral hygiene like regular scaling. If your dentist has suggested for flap surgery it is better to go for it. There is nothing so big scary about flap surgery. It is a small surgical procedure where your gums will be opened n roots will be cleaned and sutured it back. After that in few days gingivitis will be reduced. Hope I have answered your query. Have a cool mind and happy face. They are best possible medicine available. Have a healthy day!!!
