Brief Answer: You should need to evaluate this problem. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank for writing to us. In my opinion there can be two possibilities of this problem - 1) Cyst commonly epidermoid or saebaceous Cyst. Much treatment is not required in this condition. 2) Warts. I would advise you to get it checked by a doctor. As it is painful, then there can be infection or inflammation. If I am your treating doctor my advise would be - you can apply warm moist compress, neosporin ointment and oral antibiotic if required. I think I have answered your query if you have further quetions I will be happy to help you. Good luck. Regard Dr.Richa
