Magnesium sulfate dressing of the swollen tip is ideal for swelling of the tip of the penis. Magnesium sulfate can be bought from a local pharmacy, this has to be applied over a cleaned penis tip with a sterile gauze piece. You can also take tab serratio peptidase to reduce the inflammatory swelling.
I also suggest
1. To keep the area clean and moist free
2. Wear only loose boxer type of underwear made of cotton
3. Avoid sexual intercourse
4. Watch for pain, change of colour and difficulty in passing urine
