Brief Answer: XXXXXXX rating scale for anxiety and depression

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

You didn't mention your past health here. But I have read them from other questions.

You have many problems:
pulmonary hypertension,thyroid,high blood pressure,high cholesterol
problems ,chronic fatigue, unexplained pain in legs and hands, sleep problems,
severe depression and anxiety, tooth infection, oral thrush , going deaf in right ear, cystitis, may have post traumatic stress disorder.

It is difficult to assess your problem through question and health score through communication online. However you can do on your own and revert to me with the score.
You can assess your mental health problem by XXXXXXX Rating scale for anxiety and depression. I am sending link to you.

I think you would be benefited more with duloxetine(Cymbalta) and Sertraline(Daxid) than seroquel and escitalopram.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki
