I can understand your concern. Your symptoms are very rare. There are not much explanation. There is no worm which can move from brain to eyes.

There are few eye parasites which can be transmitted via blood

: Loa loa - It is a type of filarial worm. It is transmitted by fly "Chrysops" bite.

The worm can cause spontaneous redness of eye, pain, foreign body sensation or moving something in eye, severe reaction and vision loss.

Detection of worm by

- Blood microscopic examination
- Antigen immunoassay

: Eye diseases like eye abrasions, intruded eye lashes, foreign body, conjunctivitis.

But all these diseases will not present with any movement in head. And they are associated with redness in eyes with or without pain.

You should consult ophthalmologist for confirmation.

: CSF pulsations transmitting to eyes - In case of erosion of orbit roof or sphenoid bone dysplasia, CSF (brain fluid) pulsations can be transmitted in eyes.

It gives the feeling of moving in head and eyes. It can be even heard by patient in quite environment. The feeling is pulsatile.

For confirmation, 3D CT orbit bone is required.

: Carotid cavernous fidtula - It is purely neurosurgical condition in which abnormal communication is established b/w internal carotid artery (brain main artery) and cavernous sinus (brain venous drainage).

It can cause increased pressure in eyes, pulsations in eye veins and brain veins. All these can manifest as something moving in head, abnormal sounds in ear without actual sound, headache, bulging eyeball.

It can be diagnosed by consulting neurosurgeon. he will advise you

- CT angiography of brain vessels
- MRI of brain and orbit

So there is need to confirm diagnosis depending upon your symptoms. After that, final treatment can be given.
