Brief Answer:
TIA, hypoglycemia, syncope.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Possible conditions that may be related to sudden legs weakness include transient ischemic attack or TIA (especially impairment blood supply of the posterior brain circulation), low blood sugar, syncope (sudden lowering of blood pressure).

Consulting with your husband's primary care Doctor should be the first step in achieving a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
