Hello

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Good day.
Kallman syndrome is hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and there is no much production of androgens. Many of the symptoms described by yourself is due to androgen deficiency including low energy and mood swings. I am not sure why your doctor stopped androgen treatment in you. Did you have any prostate symptoms or any abnormal liver function tests? Did you have sleep apnea or elevated blood counts? These are few indications for stopping or withholding androgen treatment.

Very occasionally hypogonadotropic hypogonadism can reverse spontaneously. However we don't expect that in your age. It is extremely important to get your fasting serum testosterone and LH tests done. If they are low, you must restart androgen treatment. While on androgen treatment you must check your testosterone trough levels and if that is low, your doctor should modify the dose.
