Brief Answer:
Vascular phenomenon

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Such blurring for short periods is usually a vascular phenomenon, involving blood vessel malfunction.
As you already have most of the tests done, what you have to do now is what we call as life style management. Eat good diet, exercise moderately and rest. There could definitely be effect of menopause and these life style changes and regular intake of multivitamins will definitely help you.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
