Brief Answer:
Relax. no problem. MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Usually there will be free fluid moving around the brain, present with in skull and we call it as cerebrospinal fluid. But you cant feel this.
The veins you are seeing may be normal draining vessels to the heart. No need to worry or bother for these anatomical structures. It will be concern only if it give some problem like pain, altered sensation, seizures, severe head ache, vomiting, blurring of vision or others.

The vessel you can feel more than you can see are arteries (may be temporal artery). The size does not matter if there are no problem and with no other comodbidities. It needs to be concerned only if there is aneurism (localized bulging of blood vessel)

You should do nothing and be relaxed. Spend more time in out door/ physical activities. At your age with no other symptoms the chance of any pathology is also minimal. If you still want to check it then get done MRi scan of brain to rule out if any other comorbidities.

I hope this information helps you and answered your questions. Feel free to ask if any further query.

Wish you good health.
Regards
