Brief Answer:
Pain likely to be due to acid peptic disease

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr Sonchet

Going by history of presence of ulcer disease and location of pain ,it is likely that this present episode of pain is likely to be due to acid peptic disease. I would suggest you the following

1. Acid Suppressant like Pantoprozole will be helpful
2. Liquid antacid like Gelusil will be helpful
3. Ensure Regular intake of meals
4. Avoid spicy and oily food

If the pain persist or worsens them do consult your physician for further clinical examination and assessment.

Wishing her speedy recovery

Take care
