What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Gas And Thick Mucus Rectal Discharge?

Question: I was sick two weeks ago with sever diareah and stomach pains. I went to the doctor twice with no help, telling me it's probably the stomach flu. Since then have had stomach pains and I'm getting tired easier and when I fart a brown liquid comes out (sometimes with a mucus like substance) and smells like rotten flesh. As well when I do have a BM it has a lot of thick mucus/discharge with it. I tried letting the doctor know it's possible that I have new chickens and was cooking with raw shell fish and raw mushrooms. I'm concerned I might have sometime of bacterial infection or a parasite????

It is necessary to do an analysis of deposition. You must collect a sample of the deposition in a container and take it to your doctor. Intestine infection by bacteria or parasite is diagnosis to rule out.
If analysis of deposition is normal and diarrhea or deposition with mucus/discharge continue,it is recommended a colonoscopy to rule out other diagnoses (less likely) as inflammatory bowel disease.
Go to your doctor as soon as possible to analysis of deposition.
