Brief Answer:
Need further investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the details which you have provided. Youll need further investigations.
1 Serum B12/levels if they were not done
2 Vitamin D levels
3 CBC and peripheral smear
4 TSH
I would suggest to take a Proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole which is available as an over the counter medication for 6 weeks.
in case the abdominal pain persists then the next step will be to get an upper GI endoscopy.
Further line of management is to be decided after getting the above investigations
Hope this helps
