Brief Answer:
see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your comments.
There are many things that can go on in the abdomen to cause pain and some of them are very serious. If you have had pain and vomiting for 7 hours and the pain is getting worse then you need to see a doctor and make sure there is nothing surgical that is going on.
Possibilities include ulcer, appendicitis, uterine or ovarian problem, liver or gallbladder problems and bowel obstruction. These problems need to be sorted out before you can get appropriate treatment.
I hope that nothing surgical is going on but the problem is that if you wait to find out and it is something surgical then it can get worse and even life threatening. Please see a doctor today for evaluation
