Brief Answer:
opiates major side effects

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contracting HCM with your health care concerns

YOu have recently been under a lot of pain and currently on dilaudid for pain control. This is causing you significant headache and nausea. These are side effects of any of the opiate medications on the market. You have tried everything up to this point that you can think of. I would recommend looking into alternative solutions like Acupuncture or using medical marijuana. With either there is less sedation and side effects but may afford you relief of your pain. Depending on the cause of your pain there maybe other alternatives including steroid injections, nerve ablation etc. but I would need to know what the cause of your pain is.
