Dear Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
These symptoms are typical of Infantile Colic. There is no cause for concern if the following criteria are meet
1. Sleeps adequately after passing gas/stools
2. No Vomiting
3. No distension of abdomen
4. Passes normal colour milk stools
Intestinal colic , usually non specific is quite common in the infancy. As with the case of your son, its typical history. The child screams inconsolable with pain, child is relieved after passing stools/gas and then sleeps adequately
I would advise the following
1. Continue breast-feeding adequately
2. Colimex Drops: 10 drops twice a day will be helpful. It has antispasmodic action(relieves intestinal spasm) and also has defoaming agent( helps in expulsion of cases)
It will definitely respond. In case symptoms persists then suggest you to visit your Pediatrician for further clinical assessment.
Wishing your son speedy recovery
