There is no need for concern

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms,

Being a parent myself , I do understand your concern and apprehensions.
Let me reassure you, there is no cause for concern or alarm.

As he immediately spit it out, the absorption would have been negligible and would not have caused any harm.
Allow him to sleep.

Do get back to me if you need any assistance anytime, will be very glad to assist you.

Take Care
