What Causes Stomach Pain After Eating Nuts?

Question: I have a stomach ache every time I eat nuts -sometimes I can eat seeds but it is variable--I have been tested by skin with a very mild reaction. I love nuts --how can I desensitize myself or should I give up before I have a full anaphylactic reaction

I can understand your concern.

According to your explanation you are already diagnosed with alergic reaction due to nuts.
Usually in childhood patients wthehem there is a food alergy,the alergologist tends to do proves with taking a small amount of that food step by step for several times in order the organism to be in contact and to sensitized with the alergen.The patient was in the hospital durimg these proves.I
Sometimes they won but sometimes not.
In your case according to your age i would not recommended you to continue eating this kind of food.Anafilaxy is a seroius situation with serious complications.
Prior doing this consult immediately with the alergologist.
