Brief Answer:
Antibiotic / CT scan / Widal and stool tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
I would like to know what were your symptoms from the start.
One can not be having IBS within 20 days at your age,, the history always long.
Please post the report of your ultrasonography of the abdomen; you have posted the photos of USG and Echo of heart and X-ray chest and blood picture, looks OK...

It is good that you had been covered with antibiotics and even the present medicines are there to quieten the bowel, whatever the pathology.
* Your present complaints are: uncomfortable stomach , mild pain from pushing upper side , gas, headache etc.
Continue the present treatment , get added with an antibiotic. Are you taking Zenflox OZ at the moment or the course is over?

I would suggest the following in such patients::
*CT scan of the abdomen as ultrasonography can miss many diagnoses.
*Blood tests: Widal for typhoid, sugar, urea, creatinine , liver function tests.
*Stool Test: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity, occult blood.

These test may give further idea about a probable diagnosis.
And will help in further management.

Please post the report of ultrasonography and the tests you will do.
* Keep yourself well hydrated by taking plenty of water / ORS - Electral in water.

If the vomiting does not stop, you may need to get admitted for IV fluids and IV antibiotics.
