What Causes Stomach Discomfort, Vomiting And Tiredness?
Question: Last night had a beer and dinner outside during office party. At 3:30 AM, I felt restless and woke up. I vomited and everything I had got out then I went to bed, Now, since morning feeling tired, discomfort in stomach. Not feeling like eating anything. I have no fever.
Please suggest any prescription.

I would suggest that you take a tablet of domperidone 10 mg for now alongwith some antacid like digene. After 10 min of this medicine take your food.

Some other doc suggested taking Pan D empty stomach. Shall I take PanD also with domperidone 10mg.

PanD is pantaprazole + domperidone. Pantaprazole is also for acidity but I usually recommend it when digene etc fail. That is why I suggested domperidone with digene first.
Domperidone can be taken 3-4 times a day.
