Brief Answer:
Further cardiac tests are needed before answering

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

The signs you awoke last night might be associated with anxiety due to any bad dream you had during your sleep. I advise to run further cardiac tests to exclude heart problems :
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- holter monitoring
- complete blood work
- lipid profile testing

Once again, further tests are needed to determine if it was heart attack or other problem.

Hope it helped!
