What Causes Stomach Ache, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

Question: Last night I had stomach ace and then vomiting and lose motions? I feel better now but weak. Should I have Imodium and lost of electrol and other liquids?

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. At this point of time it appears that you have developed acute infection of GUT. It Iis good to hear that you are feeling better now. If loose motion are still persisting then you can take imodium. For weakness take electral powder as weakness may be due to loss of electrolytes and water.. Take lots of fluid to keep your hydration level well. In case symptoms persist then get your serumlevel of sodium and potassium, complete haemogram to see for Iinfection. I suggest tblet ofloxacin 200mg twice daily for 3 days. This antibiotic is a prescription drug.
