Your symptoms are suggesting superficial erosion of the skin which could be from any cause. I would suggest you following things:

- apply lignocane gel thrice a day on that area
- alternate it(lignocane gel) within fusidic acid ointment.
- Keep very good care of personal hygiene
- try that your bowel remains soft. Avoid constipation.
- Take high fiber diet.
- Wear soft cotton loose undergarments
