Question: I am taking gabapentin 300mg, 1 morn. 1 lunch. 2 night, Estradiol tab 1mg, 1day, omeprazole 20mg, 2 times a day, vitD 50,000 1 a week, Loratadine, 1a day and just started nortriptyline which have stopped my headaches. I am also taking healthy ageing pack from trivita. now can you tell me what would cause my hips and butt and lower back area to feel stiff and sore and hurt?

Out of the drugs which you have mentioned Loratadine is known to cause hips and butt and lower back area to ache.

It is a side effect.

But more importantly it can be due to your age related osteoporosis.

I will advise you to get your drug prescriptions reviewed and also get a osteoporosis scan if possible and follow up with me with the reports.
