Sore back, pelvis, weird period, pregnancy possibility??? I'm very scared and confused!!?Okay I know you will read this and think I'm crazy but please understand that I'm pretty concerned. About 5 weeks ago I was sexually close with my bf. We were naked, he was rubbing his penis very near my vagina and there was a lot of fingering going on. He ejaculated near my vagina, but there was no penetration. Two days after this I got my period. A completely normal period. I haven't had any sexual contact since then. When my next period came, once again on time, instead of my normal flow I got a brown bloody discharge which lasted about 5 days. I didn't have cramps quite as bad as I normally do, but I had a pretty sore back towards the end. There isn't any bleeding now but my lower back is still sore, I have occasional pelvic pains (normally when I am sitting down) and a bit of a sore neck. I am freaking out about the possibility of implantation bleeding/now being pregnant. Other than the sore back and pelvis I don't seem to have any other early pregnancy symptoms, but I am still very concerned. I'm 18. Does anyone have any ideas on the sore back/pelvis/weird period? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
You are not pregnant

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about possibility of pregnancy.

Following is my reply:

1. Since you got your periods on time this cannot be pregnancy.

2. Implantation bleeding is just few spots only and not bleeding like periods.'

3. Pelvic pain, sore back etc are not symptoms of pregnancy alone. Hence don't worry about it.

4. You are not pregnant for sure. This back pain seems to be temporary and will go away with rest.

Let me know if you have any more doubts.

Regards,

Dr. Soumya
