Brief Answer:
Need ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
You definitely need to do an ultrasound of the breast to rule out possible causes. Most common are benign lesions such as abscess, adenoma or fibroma or local skin infections but tumors should be ruled out. Also, you should do mammography once in 3 years. If you had family members that suffered breast tumor then you should do mri scan. but for the beginning, ultrasound is required. Wish you good health.
