Brief Answer:
Expert consultation & investigations with specific treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query under Health care magic. I have read your query & understand your concern,
- The constant soreness in your middle back at right side, increasing on movements can be because of-
* Lung infection you had being treated with formation of pneumonia in lung tissue / a localized pain as a result of increased eosinophils in blood as a reaction to allergy as a cause of lung involvement .
The things can be sorted out by blood counts/ sputum test/ lung function test/ x ray chest/ allergy screening test.. as per need followed by specific treatment by a chest physician.
* Stress to inter rib muscles due to infection/ breathlessness can cause such a pain increased by respiratory movements.
Specific treatment of lung problem would heal this.
* Considering your involvement of lumber spine & sciatica ,Nerve pinching/ compression by possible thoracic spondylitis can cause muscle irritation or spasm to create such pain .. increased by movements .
X ray of thorasic spine( middle of back ) and specific management by a spinal surgeon would help such nerve problem.
* So I feel dealing the problem methodically with expert doctor's consultation should relieve you of the bother sum pain.
I hope you find the answer both informative & helpful. Any follow up query you have- I would be happy to help.
Thanks.
