Is it an infection in your opinion she had teeth pulled a while back and the bone has been exposed for a while it has been red and sore around the bone

Yes sir, this is infection. So take that tablet of tab Azithromycin 500 daily one tablet for 3 days
Regarding redness around the bone it's just inflammation which is normal while treatment is being done for tooth and not infection. Only sore throat you have mentioned is infection
