What Causes Sore Swollen Breasts, Cramps And Whitish Vaginal Discharge?

Question: I have had the Mirena coil for four years. Just recently my breasts were very sore and swollen for about a month. The pain subsided about two weeks ago and just a week ago I had cramps all day and later passed a whitish chunk of tissue into the toilet. This whole week I have had crazy mood swings and more cramps but still no bleeding. Any answers for me?

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.

Some Common Mirena Side-Effects are:

Back pain
A lump or lumps in the breast
Depression
Dizziness
Unusual vaginal discharge
Severe changes in the menstrual pattern
Severe migraines
Signs of a liver problem
Skin rash
Vaginal infection with vaginal itching
Some of the more sever Mirena IUD Side-effects are:

Acne
Breast pain, tenderness, or swelling
Changes in menstrual pattern, such as breakthrough bleeding, complete lack of menstrual flow for several months in a row, decreased bleeding during periods, occasional stopping of menstrual bleeding, prolonged bleeding during periods, and a feeling of tightness in the abdomen
Headache
Nausea
If you are experiencing any of the above side-effects, you should talk to your medical professional to make sure that the Mirena IUD is still in place.
If the side effects are intolerable get it removed as soon as possible. The symptoms will subside automatically.Till then get a symptomatic treatment.

Have you ever heard of someone passing white tissue before on the Mirena? Is it normal? There was no discharge with it. In fact, I didn't have any discharge up until yesterday (which is unusual for me). There were traces of blood, lots of cramping but not anything crazy. I now have no appetite and my belly is very nervous feeling, which could totally be my nerves. I made an appointment with my doctor on Feb 2.
