Brief Answer:
Certainly, we need to start with a stool examination!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms and all the symptoms you have reported and the color of your stools. The first impression is that you could be bleeding in the intestines and as such needs to get a stool exam. This will tell us whether you are bleeding or not and what next to do. Low energy may also suggest that you have been loosing blood in the intestines which may explain the reason why you are feeling low. Thus, taking a stool test is the best initial approach at this time and further actions would be guided by these results.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Just at physician. No blood in stool. Doing full stool lab test. Suggest not processing fats?

No blood in stool test. Doing complete stool test now. Yes not processing fats for some reason. Pancreatic enzymes?

Brief Answer:
Pancreatic enzymes a possibility!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It could be a problem with the pancreas but not exclusively as problems with the bile acids and gall bladder can cause similar issues. I will suggest that you start by reducing fats in your diet and if this relieves the symptoms, then we would look into the various possible causes of fat indigestion.

Keep me posted about this.
