What Causes Sneezing Followed By Throat And Ear Irritation While Sleeping?

Question: Hello,
Am facing a severe problem from past 5 6 years, when i am sleeping i sneeze once and then it starts itching my throat and ear and inorder to satisfy that itch i produce a grunting sound which is really loud and people get scared, this happens every night and sometimes during day time. Ear nose and throat itch really bad and this happens once i sneeze.
Is there any solution to this?

I can understand your concern.
Your symptoms are more suggestive of allergic etiology.
You are symptomatic only at night. Allergic disease precipitate at night.
So allergic etiology is more likely in your case.
Sneezing, throat Itching etc suggest rhinitis and pharyngitis more.
So in my opinion, you should do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day (especially at night before bed).
Also start combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) drugs at night before bed.
You will mostly improve with all these.
