Question: I have 2 or three small pimples on the inner thigh.. I did a lot of running and yoga this weekend.. I tis just chafing and a breakout from sweat correct. they look like pimples not blisters

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You could be having infection of hair follicles also known as folliculitis or boils. Too much if sweating and friction could induce it.
Topical antibiotics like mupirocin or fusidic acid application twice daily would help.
I would appreciate, if you could attach an image as that would help me in confirming diagnosis.
