What Causes Small Glands On Inner Part Of Lips?

Dr my stomach is improved again but as you know its start again after some days. But uptill now its ok. I have planed to do a proper diebeties test which you and my gp doctor suggested.
Now i have some other problem which i could not discused with my doctor. I have small glands in sides lips . Means inner part of lips near lower front teeth. Which i can feel by my toung.i think every one have these glands , but m y glands are now swollen of bigger i can feel that.kindly tell me what could be the possible reason? I many times observe small bumps inside my mouth , now i feel that my jaw area create some engraved type thing in inner side of my mouth whihch touches the both sides of jaws. I can also feel this by toung but i dont know what is this.
These aslo give me tention thats all such type of things related to some big problem.
Many times i feel sllight throught muscle pains, which gives me fear also.
Does diebeties can cause such things?

It doesn't seem to be a serious problem .It might be just inflammation of the gingiva or oral mucosa.
It is pretty common to have any bump or ulcer in the oral mucosa from time to time that heal on their own in several days.

Thanks for reply. I think its not possible to capture the picture. I am talking about the small glands inside part of front lower lips, not in gums, i think you already understand.

Near about 3 month before is sent you a picture of a black mark on my chest , which you told me thAt it might b some injurey, i still have that but its color is fade now, is it something serious ? Or it may be related to diebeties?

You don't need to worry about these small gland on inside part of lower lip.They are normal finding on oral mucosa.It is not a condition and not a problem.
Just normal oral mucosa.
I can't tell you for sure what is the mark on your chest.It might be just an enlarged vein under the skin.What I can tell you for sure is that it is not sign of any condition and it is not of concern.
It is not related to Diabetes and it can't be related to it since you don't have Diabetes.
It is not possible to have diabetes for years without knowing it because it would cause various symptoms including frequent urination,weight loss, frequent infections and the symptoms would be progressive without treatment.It is impossible ta have diabetes for years and not having any symptoms.
And the most important thing is that random blood sugar would be high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes.
Diabetes is diagnosed when fasting glicemia is over 126 mg/dl and random blood sugar is over 200 mg/dl in various test.
Your random blood sugar was 150 mg/dl , which is near normal values and not of concern.
Diabetes doesn't cause such symptoms of muscle twitching or muscle pain.

Infact doctor told me that they will check diebeties test and after that doctor may test calcium test, i informed to doctor that you already have done this test but she told that its a seperate test,can you please tell me what test the doctor want?
And please tell me is it possible that high level of depression which i have already beared can cause diebeties, it might be right that i dont have diebeties but just i have this question.

Yes, it is necessary to run the fasting glucose test to exclude any impaired glucose tolerance that would be a situation that predisposes for diabetes.
If your fasting glucose levels is high (between 100-126 mg/dl) means you may have an impaired glucose tolerance and may need to do some diet changes and exercises to prevent Diabetes.
Anxiety ,stress and depression doesn't cause Diabetes but long-term stress can cause long-term high blood glucose levels.This can precipitate Diabetes in a person predisposed for diabetes like those with impaired glucose tolerance and make it worse in a person with Diabetes.
In healthy people ,only stress and depression won't cause Diabetes.
Regarding the calcium test ,I am not sure but your doctor may want to test your Vit D level.

ok doctor i will inform you after fasting blood glucose test. doctor many things comes and goes . from last 6 month i faced many things that caused me anxiety . i dont know what was that.
most problem i have now a days with this neck gland . its not visible but if i press my hand on neck i can feel that on right side.i never checked this before . now i sometimes think its started because of my anxiety and touching.
but on more thing. sometimes in morning i feel a slight pain under my back of ears. which gives me fear of some swollen glands etc

its not increased in size , but its not available in left side of neck. and one more thing its also not very much soft. problem is i noticed this 3 month before when i check on internet about these things. before i never checked this one. its not visible but if i turn my head fully left side then i can slightly feel. i have a fear that may b inside its big size or size may b icreasing inside. but as per my judgment its not increasing in size.
