she has been receiving ivs with 1 gram or 1000 units of vancomcin, twice daily and another antibiotic meropenum 3 times daily. This has continued from january 5th to the 21st then stopped until the 28 of january, when she was readmitted into the hospital. She feels better, her completion is returning to normal. Her normal body temperature is 97.3 degrees. Her temperature has ranged from 98.5 degrees to 100. 4 degrees since january 1, with a couple times reaching 102 degrees. Her appetite is good. She has not smoked a cigarette since January 1st at the first onset of the symptoms. She had a pick line in the right arm which showed infection near the center of it, which was removed on january 27th. Her glands in the neck are swollen, however after an x-ray of the area shows no signs of any infection.

Brief Answer:
I suggest you to wait for some more days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your WBC count is mildly raised. This may be due to many reasons like recent infection. It may persist for some time.
Pseudomonas are resistant to many antibiotics.I presume you had been prescribed right medicines for infection.I suggest you to wait for some more days.
You will recover soon.It is good that blood culture is negative.

If fever still persists then you may need further evaluation.
