Brief Answer:
It can be candidiasis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

The chunky white discharge is not normal.

If it has no odor it can be candidiasis as it is generally profuse and cheese chunks like. sometimes they do not have any odour.

I will advise you to get a vaginal swab culture as the organism needs to be confirmed. Also get regular pap smears.

In the mean time you can start on candidazole pessaries . Also do regular vaginal douches with antiseptic solutions.

Are you a diabetic ? when and how much were your last blood sugars?

Are you sexually active? if yes does your partner complain of any discharge or rash in genitals ?

Regards
