Brief Answer:
Further details needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. However, I would need you to provide further details. Be sure to mention the present age of the child and the problems he faces. Are you sure that the deletion of chromosome 15 is for the whole chromosome [chr 15 monosomy, as it is called]? If so, it is likely to be associated with severe handicaps. Could you please furnish the details? It also matters if the remnant chromosome is of paternal or maternal origin.

I would await your response. Based on it I would surely guide you further.

Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying. I would insist you to upload the chromosomal analysis report. His speech behavior is possibly related to the chromosome 15 monosomy. Did you mean speech when you said sleep in the first query?

Brief Answer:
There is a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
It is hard to say if sleep issues are directly due to chromosomal issues. You need to understand that the constitution is not proper and so a large number of things can get messed up, and that includes sleep. So, it is indeed possible.
