Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing to us.
You need to elaborate your skin concern.
Cracks in hands could be due to eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, fungal infection.
I would like to know
Since how long are you having it?
If the involved area itches?
If use of soap/detergent/vegetables etc cause burning sensation or flare up the condition?

Also I would need a photograph of affected area. Please upload the same by clicking on upload report/image icon which is on right side of query page.
In the meanwhile apply a good moisturising cream like moisturex/cotaryl/remoiz/xerine etc
Hoping to hear from you soon.

Brief Answer:
looks like eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for providing the details.
The lesions look eczematous. To treat the same, you may follow these suggestions-
Use a mild soap to wash hands like cetaphil or pears
Use a good moisturising cream like cotaryl/xerina/remoiz multiple times in a day over hands
Apply a potent steroid cream like clobetasol(cbesta/cosvate/lobate/tenovate) twice in a day over dry patches.
Hopefully in a week or two the lesions should resolve.
Hope this helped
Regards
Dr Kalpana
