Question: experiencing shortness of breath. pain in upper chest between breasts. painful to swallow.
have been taking Nexium, have a-fib and take medication for it, also have type 2 diabetes and take medication for that. also experience stomach bloating all of the time. have been a patient at Mayo and clinic no. is

As you have a-fib, your symptoms can be caused by some heart problem including ischemic heart disease. That is why you should not wait with it. Please consult your doctor as soon as possible and have heart ECG done at first and heart enzymes levels.
If the acute heart problem will be ruled out, you should consult gastrologist and consider gastroscopy.
