Brief Answer:
do not seems to be swine flu.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Swine flu is viral infection. It usually starts with upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).And the common symptoms are cough, cold, fever, bodyache etc.
Shortness of breath occurs later.
So swine flu is less likely in your case.
But better to get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
Hope i have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.

Hello dear, thanks for your follow up question on HCM.

There are certain conditions which you need to rule out first before vaccination for swine flu.
1. Have you ever taken it in past?
2. Are you smoker?
3. Have you done complete blood count (CBC) to rule out infection?
It should be given to each and every person. We need to rule out some things before vaccination.
So please reply me these answers, so that i can show you the correct way for vaccination and whom to contact for vaccination.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
