This is personal but I shot up early today around 6 to 7 hours ago. Almost 2 hours after the injection, I went to class and couldn't breathe. I drove to the hospital and almost checked in but it went away. Since then I my body feels weird on and off. I accidentally got some air into the syringe. Will I be ok or do I still need to get medical help. I just read air in the vein causes respiratory distress but don't know if it works its way out or I need some medical help. Thank you for your time

Brief Answer:
You will be alright.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The small air bubble in the syringe is not likely to cause you any harm. most of the times it dissolves on its own without any consequences. Since there is no persistent shortness of breath there is no need to worry. The problem you had could be due to anxiety related to the episode.
No medical help is needed as of now.
I hope this answers your query.
