Brief Answer:
Go to ER...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I do not see anything worrisome, but you need to have that pain eased. Apply warm clothing and take OTC analgesics.

If still do not work, go to ER.

Wish fast recovery!

Thanks. This morning I have a tightness in the right side of my chest almost toward the middle it does tight throbs and then goes away. I cannot go to an ER right now. Should I be okay? The last EKG i had was about 7 months ago and everything was fine.

Brief Answer:
You'll be ok...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If your last EKG 7 months ago was ok, you will be ok.
Take OTC pain killers and see how it goes. Apply warm compresses.

If you are also having burping or heartburn, take OTC antacids and Ranitidine.

You'll be fine soon.

organic?

Answered by Dr. Benard Shehu (10 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Organic issues=problems of body organ (lungs, heart

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Organic issues = problems related to body organs (lungs, heart, etc.)

Anxiety is not related to organic issues, but to neurological/psychological problems.

If no problem related to your body organs is present (no organic issues), then, we can confirm psychological problems (anxiety).
