Brief Answer:
Consult your doctor immediately...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query.

After going through the history, I do feel you could be having raised blood pressure which could be the prime cause of your headache as well as the bleeding from the nose.

Variations in the blood pressure is very common at your age. When the pressure increases in the arteries, the tissues around the blood vessels swell up and exerts the pressure. This is one of the causes of the headache.

Secondly, if there is any break in the tiny aneurysms present in the blood vessel due to increased blood pressure, the blood starts oozing out from the damaged part, thus, inducing pressure around the surrounding structures of the brain and causing headache. If this is one of the cause, then, it has to be treated immediately.

Bleeding from the nose is also because of the raise in blood pressure. Home remedies for this is, to put an ice pack over the soft part of the nose and keep it pinched, put the head down and breath through the mouth.

My sincere advice to you is to consult your doctor immediately. If not, got to ER and get yourself completely evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
